Às vezes sou tão toninha que até dá medo...

Eu a escrever sem acentos porque estava no iPad e tudo o que era preciso era, apenas e só, pôr o teclado em português! Que me perdoe a Malta que percebe disto...

Ps- geralmente sou muito entendida em computadores, não sei o que se passou comigo!!

Enquanto estive grávida...

Para o fim estava literalmente gigante mas nao tenho uma única estria, nem uma! E tudo porque provavelmente a genética é boa, ja que a minha Mãe tambem não tem nenhumas e ela engordou 22kg!!, mas eu gosto de acreditar que foi devido ao Palmer's cocoa butter!

 So much so, que apesar de ja nao estar gravida continuo a usar o creme!! E a pele fica tao hidratada e sedosa... Conselho para todas as grávidas por aí...Usem este creme, é excelente!!

Esta que vos fala ja se mudou para a Irlanda com maridao! Cheguei ontem a noite apesar de toda a chuva e neve. Agora ja so espero pela chegada da minha menina e sou uma mulher completa!

Entretanto decidi mudar o nome deste blog...pois acho que o nome do blog coincidira com o titulo deste post! Lololol mas ainda tenho que pensar bem nisso!

Tenho que ir mas em breve escreverei mais...

Ir ao dentista...

Prontos e lá fui eu ao dentista uma vez mais...E como eu já escrevi aqui, como eu detesto ir ao dentista!!
Era suposto ser só uma consulta de rotina (ao bom estilo do NHS) mas como estou gravida nao deu para fazer raio-X e o dentista viu uma muito pequena cárie no meu molar e decidiu tomar logo conta disto!
Como era uma coisa mesmo pequenina nem foi preciso anestesia :) ! E prontos, ja tenho um sorriso renovado!

Agora daqui a 6 meses lá irei outra vez!!

This blog was meant to become the "Meca" of weddings, instead I nearly gave up on it...I don't feel like writting at all, I don't want to write about weddings, in fact lately Idon't want to write at all...
Many times I thought on giving up, it's not like the blog is mega successful, it's not like I have one million followers, but for some reason, I can't give up!!

The problem with this blog is that  it was created from me to me...not to others,the others, they are just a nice bonus, and for that reason, I can't write about fashion, or any theme...I don't have the capacity of turning it on any themed blog, the only thing I can do is to write about random things!!

So, for the very few that come to my blog and read, thank you for putting up with me and my bad writting!! And I will try to keep a more updated registry!! :)

Taraaaa!!!

Yes it's TRUE!! Miracles DO HAPPEN!! As I mentioned here so many times I am a perpetual dieter! Yeah, and the funny thing is that usually no matter how much I diet I never lose any weight! Whether I eat bread or not makes no difference what so ever! So after careful consideration, and after checking that there is nothing wrong with  me (hormone wise) I decided that the cause of all the weight gain of the last couple of years and the inability to lose the extra pounds was  my pill! And there you have it, I have stopped and I have now starting to lose the accumulated weight!
yes, just like that, a couple of days after coming off it I have lost 2lbs already! I don't think about food all the time and I actually feel full for longer!
After reading many many forum pages I realised I wasn't the only one! With cerazette, the pounds grow on you...1 by 1, almost as if you can't tell...and by the time you realise it you have 1 extra stone! (6.3 kg)

So for now and for a while I will continue my 6 km walks and I will be doing my 50 abdominals and I will keep on being careful with what I eat, and hopefully I will write here in a couple of months that I have lost all the extra weight!

SO as I have been putting here all the time,

KEEP CALM AND KEEP ON DIETING!

it's bank holiday weekend...the last one until Xmas! and, I woke up and despite being in London ( a city that has all kinds of entertainment) i can't bring myself to think of something nice, something effortless...

Yesterday, I went for the first time since I moved to the UK (going to 5 years) to a afternoon tea party!

And I can't say it was horrible but I surely can't say it was great!

It was 30£ for 1 scone 3 miniature cakes and 1 sandwich and a lot of tea (which it wasn't even hot enough for my taste)!

I think it is a safe bet to say that i will not be back to it so soon! :)

Ontem, fui pela primeira vez desde que me mudei para o Reino Unido (a caminho de 5 anos) a uma festa do chá da tarde!

E eu não posso dizer que foi horrível, mas certamente tambem não posso dizer que foi óptimo!

Foram 30 euros por 1 scone 3 bolos em miniatura e um sanduíche e litros de chá (que não estava quente o suficiente para o meu gosto)!

Eu acho que é uma aposta segura dizer que la nao volto tão cedo! :)
